My first newspaper job was at The News Journal in Wilmington, Del. It's a paper and place I hold dear to my heart, since it's where I was surrounded by great journalists who nurtured my young career, and also because it's where I met my husband.
So, it is in the spirit of being a proud NJ alum that I point out this great picture, part of a slide show on msnbc.com on behind the scenes at the White House. These, apparently, are the papers Vice Pres. Biden reads everyday. Look what's on top!
This means that the Veep of our country is reading sports stories by Kevin Tresolini and food stories by Patty Talorico, two of our pals who still work there. How cool is that?
